Suggested Use & Duration:
Take suitable quantity of oil for massage
and gently rub all over the body either
yourself or take the help of masseur or
another person. The massage can be
continued for long time on a regular basis –
twice or thrice a week.
Lifestyle Advice:
Ayurveda maintains that massage should be an essential part of one’s
daily health regimen. You can massage daily for 5-15 minutes before
taking bath yourself. Avoid cold water and direct exposure to cold
immediately after massage. Fomentation or bathing with warm water
after massage will provide excellent relief.
