SLEEP VITALE Tablet helps to get refreshing, sound and peaceful sleep. It reduces frequent awakenings at night. It reduces the time to fall asleep. Poor sleep at night can produce irritation, lethargy, dullness and drowsiness during the day. It helps to get rid of these symptoms and ensures good relaxation resulting from quality sleep.

Jet Lag is also relieved by SLEEP VITALE. It is sleep disturbance in air travelers that cross several time zones and arise due to altered biological clock. It doesn’t contain Valerian that sometimes interferes with sleep at night. The calcium from Muktashukti Pishiti helps in preventing night leg cramps.

Dietary & Lifestyle Advice: Fresh fruits, vegetables and milk provide nutrients that are conducive to good sleep. Avoid food that causes gastric irritation and beverages containing alcohol or caffeine (such as coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate) especially in the evening or before bedtime. Maintain a dark and quite atmosphere in bedroom. Try to go to bed at the same time each night. Regularly massage your body especially head and sole before going to bed.

Nardostachys jatamansi (Spikenard) Jatamansi:

In Ayurveda, roots of N. jatamansi have been clinically employed for promoting natural sleep. Spikenard root is nerve sedative, nerve stimulant and tonic. Jatamansi roots and the oil derived from it are useful in bringing sound sleep.  It aids in regulating the cyclical surges of growth hormones secreted at night which have a negative effect on sleep patterns.  Jatamansi's sedative properties works with body's own sleep-wake cycles to supports healthy and natural sleep patterns. 

Researches show that ethanolic extract of Nardostachys shows significant antidepressant-like effect due to interaction with GABA receptors, resulting in decrease in the levels of GABA in mouse brain. Gotu Kola is a well known Ayurveda herb used for reducing anxiety, insomnia, restlessness and over-activity of mind.
