Suggested Dosage & Duration:
Take 2 tablets once a day preferably
one hour before bedtime with warm water. For best results, continue
these tablets for 3 months. It is safe, non-habit forming and without
any side effects and can be taken for longer period. For reducing the
effects of Jet Lag, start taking two tablets in the evening one week
before air travel till one week thereafter.
Dietary & Lifestyle Advice:
Fresh fruits, vegetables and milk
provide nutrients that are conducive to good sleep. Avoid food that
causes gastric irritation and beverages containing alcohol or caffeine
(such as coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate) especially in the
evening or before bedtime. Maintain a dark and quite atmosphere in
bedroom. Try to go to bed at the same time each night. Regularly
massage your body especially head and sole before going to bed.

jatamansi (Spikenard)
Jatamansi:
In Ayurveda, roots of N. jatamansi have been clinically employed
for promoting natural sleep. Spikenard root is nerve sedative,
nerve stimulant and tonic. Jatamansi roots and the oil derived from
it are useful in bringing sound sleep. It aids in regulating the
cyclical surges of growth hormones secreted at night which have a
negative effect on sleep patterns. Jatamansi's sedative properties
works with body's own sleep-wake cycles to supports healthy and
natural sleep patterns.
Researches show that ethanolic extract of Nardostachys shows
significant antidepressant-like effect due to interaction with GABA
receptors, resulting in decrease in the levels of GABA in mouse
brain. N. jatamansi is a useful memory restorative agent in
