Respiration is a process which
nurtures body with oxygen and helps expel poisonous Carbon dioxide
from body. This whole process takes place in respiratory system which
mainly comprise of lungs, trachea and nasal passage. The polluted
environment, seasonal variations, smoking and unhealthy mode of living
and eating has alarmingly increased the risk of various respiratory
diseases such as Asthma and Bronchitis all over the world.
Ayurveda mentions respiratory
system as Pranavaha Shrotas. Here, Prana is vital energy (life-energy)
and Shrotas means channels through which this vital energy flows.
According to the Ayurveda, the exposure to the dust, smoke, wind and
cold are important causative factors for respiratory discomfort.
Excessive accumulation of Ama is
the most important causative factor that disturbs the respiratory
health. Ama is a sticky foul smelling toxic material which is produced
as a result of weak digestive fire (Agni). Then, Ama enters into
Pranavaha Shrotas or respiratory passage and gets mixed Shleshka Kapha
and vitiates it resulting in excessive production of phlegm which
obstructs the passage of air in Pranavaha Shrotas causing numerous
respiratory discomforts. Moreover, the presence of Ama inside
respiratory passage creates a favorable environment for bacteria and
virus leading to respiratory tract infection, flu, pneumonia,
tuberculosis and other infective conditions.
RESPIBLISS is a supplement for
complete respiratory health. It helps cleanse/detoxify the whole
respiratory passage extending from nose to lungs. It eases the
breathing mechanism. It soothes the whole respiratory passage and
helps thin hardened phlegm thereby promotes mechanism of
expectoration. Long term use of Respibliss tablet can heal the damage
in lung tissue and reinforce the respiratory immunity. It uniquely
reduces the damaging effect of environmental pollution and smoking.

Its
irritant action on mucus membrane of stomach produces reflex increase in
bronchial secretion. Its volatile oil is excreted through lungs and acts as an
expectorant. Even small dose of it when injected intramuscularly produces
dilatation of bronchioles and this effect is more prominent with increased
dosage. Kulanjan with honey eases the paroxysm of cough in children suffering
from whooping cough and bronchitis. Kulanjan is particularly beneficial in
