Suggested Dosage & Duration:

Asparagus
racemosus (Indian Asparagus) Shatavari:
It is a rejuvenating herb that cools the body, strengthens and
nourishes the tissues. It balances Vata and Pitta and support proper
function of the reproductive organs. It is traditionally used to
regulate the production of female hormones, Shatavari may be
translated as "having 100 spouses," implying its ability to increase
fertility and vitality. Asparagus serves to build immunity,

Shatavari is highly recommended for menopause because it is a
natural source of phytoestrogen and progesterone which ensure smooth
menopause. Shatavari has the general ability to promote normal
