Suggested Dose & Duration: Take 1-2 tablets twice a day after meals with warm water. It should be taken for a period of 3- 6 month or till the sugar level is balanced. Dietary & Lifestyle Advice: Favor green leafy vegetable having bitter and astringent taste. Vegetables like bitter gourd, spice like Fenugreek and Turmeric are good. Avoid sweet, fatty and heavy to digest food. INGREDIENTS: Pterocarpus marsupium (Indian Kino Tree) Vijaysar: It is one among the best sugar, cholesterol and lipid lowering herbs. As per Ayurveda Pterocarpus maintains the metabolism of fatty tissues (Meda dhatu), which when disturbed results in problems like high blood sugar, high cholesterol and increased lipids.
