Recommended
Dosage: 1-2 tablet two times
in a day with warm water after meals.

Ocimum sanctum (Holy Basil) Tulsi:
It is a good Anti-inflammatory, expectorant,
analgesic, antibacterial and immunomodulator
herb mentioned in ayurvedic classics. Due to
its immuno stimulant property it makes nasal
mucosa less susceptible for allergens. In
various different studies, extract from the
leaves of Holy Basil showed anti histaminic
activity and was able to reduce serotonin,
histamine and PGE-2 induced inflammation and
also caused immediate decongestion of nasal
mucosa.

Curcuma longa (Turmeric) Haldi:
A good blood purifier and pitta pacifying

Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) Mulethi:
Glycyrrhiza is widely used in allergic
respiratory problems, catarrh, bronchitis,
cold, flu and coughs. It reduces irritation of
the throat and has an expectorant action.
Glycyrrhiza is also effective in fever
(glycyrrhinic acid has an effect like
aspirin), and it has an antibacterial action
as well. It is used in the treatment of
inflammations and skin conditions. Glycyrrhiza
has an anti-inflammatory activity similar to
cortisone and has been found useful for
arthritis and allergies. Licorice has a mild
laxative effect and can protect the intestinal
lining by increasing the production of mucus.
Licorice also has a demulcent action and has
been used for cough and other bronchial
complaints. Its rasayana quality makes it a
good immuno-modulator thus makes a person less
susceptible for allergens.
