Bacopa monnieri (Thyme Leaved Gratiola) Brahmi: 

Bacopa or Brahmi is a great nervine tonic, immuno-modulator, adaptogen, tranquilizing, memory enhancing, cerebral activator and free radicals scavenging ayurvedic herb. It is commonly used in herbal supplements for problems like Epilepsy, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Alzheimer's disease, ADHD in children and for enhancing memory and learning skills. Bacopa has also shown significant stress reducing properties in many clinical studies as it increases the level of serotonin, a brain chemical known to promote relaxation.

Bacopa helps in repair of damaged neurons by enhancing kinase activity, neuronal synthesis and restoration of synaptic activity and ultimately nerve impulse transmission, thus helps in Alzheimer’s and other degenerative disorders of brain. Pearl (Moti):

It is a natural source of calcium. It contains several amino acids and eight of them are "essential," i.e. they cannot be produced in the body but are required by body. Pearl contains calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium phosphate, ferric oxide and silica.
