Suggested Dosage & Duration: Take 1-2 tablets two times a day after meals with warm water. It should be taken for minimum 3-6 month for optimum result. Take MENSTRUCARE at least 3 months before pregnancy when you are planning to have a baby. Dietary & Lifestyle Advice: Emphasize more on green leafy vegetable, fresh fruits, plenty of fluids.
