The Panchkarma program provided to you will be based on your consultation with the Vaidya which can also be discussed through emails even before you have finalized your program. Our Vaidyas can help you in deciding the appropriate duration of your stay in the clinic based on your email consultation and can also give you some Dietary suggestions and pre Panchkarma measures if required.

Bliss Ayurveda Health Center use our own range of Ayurveda Products which we manufacture under strict guidelines of US FDA and European Union and export exclusively to USA & Europe.

There have been several instances when persons visiting some Ayurveda clinics in India have bought Ayurveda Medicines whose quality was not up to International standards and some have also failed the heavy metals test. YOGA CLASSES

The regular practice of Yoga exercises which are personalized to suit individual needs at Bliss Ayurveda Health Center improves mental & physical fitness, maintains proper blood circulation, reduce stress level, enhances the sense of overall well-being.

Our Yoga Classes include-

1.   Pranayama (controlled breathing exercises): Pranayam means restraint of the Prana. Prana is a subtle force that connects the body and the mind. In Pranayam, a higher state of consciousness is attained by controlling breath in specific manner. Regular practice of Pranayam develops a steady mind, strong will-power, and absolute concentration. A Pranayama technique improves vital energy, purifies blood & enhances circulation. It is beneficial in treating a range of stress related problems.

2.   AsanaS (Yoga Postures): Asanas are specific Yoga postures that improve the body's flexibility and vitality, and promote the ability to remain in seated meditation for extended periods. Asana relaxes joints, muscles & ligaments and improves energy level.

3.   YOGIC SHAD-KARMA: Shad karma involves six specialized Yogic process:-

  1. Neti- Yogic nasal sinus cleansing

  2. Dauti - Natural cleaning of the digestive tract

  3. Nauli - abdominal massage through Yogic method

  4. Vasti- Yogic colon cleaning

  5. Tratak-Eye & optic nerve nourishing

  6. Kapal bhati- purification and vitalization of the lungs

4.   SHANKH PRAKSHALAN: Natural purificatory process of whole digestive tract
