Pack Of 60 Tablets - 60gm
(1000 mg each tab.)
As per Ayurveda, Heart or Hridya or Cardia
is not only a physical organ that pumps
and receives the blood, but it is an organ
that reflects joy and sorrow and all other
emotions. It is also a seat of
consciousness or Chetana, Ojas and is a
connecting point between the mind, body
and consciousness at the subtle level. So
heart is the structure which influences
all aspect of the health i.e. physical,
mental and emotional. The extra load of
cholesterol, lipids and toxins can clog
the channels of heart making it vulnerable
for many diseases. On the emotional and
mental level, heart is weakened by day to
day stress and emotional trauma arising
from loss of nears and dears, fear,
anxiety etc.
CARDIO CARE
is a good cardio tonic and cardio protective formula that restores the
physical and emotional wellbeing and functioning of heart. It enhances
the OJAS – the master co-ordinator and regulator principle for
physical and emotional wellness. Cardio Care is a nourishing formula
which improves the oxygenation, pumping mechanism of the heart and
tones up the heart muscles.

HOW
CARDIO CARE HELPS |
-
Cardiotonic supplement – gives
strength to heart muscles and
maintains proper blood
circulation.
-
Helps reduce high cholesterol and
triglycerides level.
-
Reduces the negative emotions and
stress by balancing Sadhaka Pitta
which is responsible for emotions
and thus strengthens the emotional
heart.
-
A good antioxidant - prevents heart
and blood vessels from harmful free
radicals.
-
Can be used as Supportive Supplement
in:
High blood pressure, palpitation and
irregular heartbeats, Angina,
Ischaemic Heart Disease (IHD),
cardiac arrhythmias and after
angioplasty.

Take 1 tablet twice a day after meals
with warm water. In high cholesterol
and triglycerides, take two tablets
twice a day after meals with warm
water. For best result, take it for
3-6 months. It can be continued safely
for longer period for cardiotonic and
cardioprotective action.
Dietary & Lifestyle Advice:

Terminalia arjuna (Arjuna):
It is one of the best cardio
protective and cardio tonic herbs of
Ayurveda. It benefits heart on a
wholesome plane affecting all the
aspects of its health. It improves
the pumping action of the heart,
improves cardiac muscle strength,
maintains the normal cardiac rhythm,
regulates blood pressure and helps in
lowering bad cholesterol (LDL). The
active constituents of Arjuna are
triterpine glycoside, arjunic acid,
ellagic acids, saponins, antioxidants
like flavonoids, arjunone, gallic
acid, essential minerals like calcium,
magnesium, copper and zinc. It is rich
with co-enzyme Q-10 which prevent
incidence of heart attack.
Many researchers found that Arjuna is useful as an anti-ischemic and
cardioprotective agent in hypertension and in ischemic heart disease,
especially in disturbed cardiac rhythm. Anti anginal property of
Arjuna is also stated in various studies. It inhibits the oxidation of
LDL and accelerates the turnover of HDL-cholesterol in liver. This
results in enhancing the elimination of cholesterol from the body. The
suppression of hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis by Terminalia arjuna
is the mechanism responsible for a significant lowering of
beta-lipoprotein lipids and the recovery of HDL components in
hyperlipidemia. It also relieves symptomatic complaints
of hypertension like giddiness, insomnia and headache.

Allium sativum (Garlic) Lahsuna:
Garlic has many sulphur-containing substances, one of which is allinin.
When garlic is crushed, the allinin becomes allicin. Allicin affects
the cholesterol metabolism. Some preliminary findings suggest that
garlic may lower elevated serum levels of homocysteine (Elevation of
plasma homocysteine is an independent risk factor for hypertension and
fibrotic heart disease). Garlic may lower cholesterol by inhibiting
the enzymes (HMG-CoA reductase or squalene epoxidase) responsible for
its synthesis. Lowering of blood pressure by using Garlic likely
results from inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme activity
(ACE, the substances with vasoconstrictor property that
increase blood pressure by narrowing blood vessels). Its
Antithrombotic effects might be related to inhibition of adenosine
deaminase. Antioxidant effects of Garlic may be related to the
inhibition of lipoxygenase.

Emblica
officinalis
(Indian gooseberry) Amalaki:
This is one of the best nutrients rich herbs of Ayurveda with great
antioxidant properties. The Vitamin C and other minerals in Amla act
as powerful antioxdiants that prevent free radical damage. It has
natural bioactive material that provides physiological benefits to the
heart.

Commiphora mukul (Indian
Bedellium) Guggul:
Guggul possesses properties that can clear
blockages of the blood vessels and other
channels inside body. Guggul reduces the risk
of coronary heart disease by preventing
atherosclerosis and by maintaining the
flexibility of arterial wall via regulating
healthy cholesterol metabolism. Recently,
guggulsterones, the bioactive compounds of
guggul, have been shown to be potent
antagonists of 2 nuclear hormone receptors
involved in cholesterol metabolism,
establishing mechanism of its hypolipidemic
action.

Ocimum Sanctum (Holy
Basil) Tulsi:
Tulsi is a great herb with antioxidant and
stimulating properties. It improves
ventricular function, augmentation of
endogenous antioxidants and suppression of
oxidative stress. Its protective action on
cells after ischemial injury is studied. Its
anti-apoptosis property (cell death
preventing) might help cardiac cells to
recover after myocardial infarction and
Ischemia.

Andrographis paniculata
(Creat) Kalmegh:
Andrographis is effective in preventing the formation of blood clots
and in preventing the re-clogging of arteries after Angioplasty.
Further research shows that it activates fibrinolysis, a natural
process in the body in which blood clot is dissolved. It also relaxes
the smooth muscle in the walls of blood vessels and has a blood
pressure-lowering effect.

Asphaltum (Mineral
pitch) Shilajeet:
It is one of the richest and powerful natural
source of minerals and antioxidants. Fulvic
acid, the active principle of Shilajeet,
enhances the bioavailability of important
trace minerals. It enhances the permeability
of cell membranes. Shilajeet modifies the
damage caused by toxic compounds such as heavy
metals and free radicals. It is restores
electrical balance to damaged cells. It
improves metabolism of body and thereby
increases energy levels.

Agate (Akik Pisti):
It strengthens the weakened heart (seat of
emotion). It reduces the palpitation,
restlessness, sweating and anxiety.

Pearl
(Moti Pishti):
Pearl is cardio tonic and brain tonic due to
richness in minerals like calcium, magnesium
etc. It contains essential amino acids and
other essential nutrients required for healthy
functioning of heart. It regulates
blood pressure thus protect the heart and also
reduces distressing symptoms like giddiness,
sleeplessness, anxiousness, palpitation. Pearl
helps in reducing stress and emotional
disturbances which have damaging effect over
heart.
